Our coffee has been designated as bright, clean, fresh citrusy, and well-balanced with a sweet acidity.  Tasting notes of apple/pear, and cedar are accented by creamy, syrupy, sweet, rounded tones of maple syrup, brown sugar, caramel, and dark chocolate.
